The company operates with ~1,700 people across 30+ countries and partners with 10,000+ publishers and 20,000+ advertisers. This Partnership Manager role sits within the APAC Agency Partnerships team, reporting to the VP of Agency Partnerships APAC. You will serve as a critical operational and strategic hub for the region's most important agency relationships. Key responsibilities include: **Commercial Storytelling**: Create compelling presentations for agency leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic pitches. Transform campaign performance data, programmatic insights, and market intelligence into clear narratives that demonstrate Teads' value proposition and technology capabilities. Synthesize information across teams and markets to deliver consistent, persuasive messaging. **Project Coordination**: Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives involving Strategic Accounts, Enterprise, Studio, Data & Insights, and Product teams. Manage timelines, clarify ownership, and track regional commitments. Identify bottlenecks early and facilitate resolution across stakeholders. **Trading Deal Reporting**: Own monthly and quarterly reporting for regional agency trading agreements. Analyze revenue and performance data, produce clear account updates, and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Help agency leadership understand performance, identify opportunities, and surface areas needing attention. **AI-Enabled Operations**: Leverage AI tools to enhance research, reporting, presentation development, and project tracking. Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive work, improve output quality and consistency, and share best practices with the wider team. You will work across APAC markets, collaborating with regional and global teams to strengthen agency partnerships and drive business outcomes. This role offers direct visibility into strategic relationships and the opportunity to influence regional priorities.
