Aledade is seeking a Partnership Director, Enterprise Performance to serve as a business lead for large, strategic hospital and health system accounts in the Minnesota market and beyond. This role bridges field operations and centralized support teams, focusing on ACO-specific business operations and aligning clinical initiatives with savings goals.
The Partnership Director will manage at least one large hospital and health system partner, including all relevant value-based contracts and lives under management (LUM). You will work with senior leadership to set strategic direction for accounts, drive business development and relationship management, and provide support and direction to operations teams and subject matter experts on the Enterprise Performance team. Financial accountability for account(s) with a focus on operational excellence is central to this position.
Key responsibilities are distributed as follows: ACO Strategy (50%) — set and achieve annual savings goals, process metric targets, and quality targets for value-based contracts in alignment with revenue performance priorities; provide thought leadership in building repeatable playbooks for enterprise performance strategy. ACO Leadership and Operations (25%) — manage ACO profit & loss, interface between ACO operations and Aledade centralized support teams, lead local and/or multi-state ACO Boards, and liaison between ACO board and centralized teams. Regional Growth & Development (15%) — collaborate with growth and field teams to identify and establish partnerships with new physician practices, establish connections with key regional and local partner organizations, and support onboarding of new accounts. Professional Development of Direct Reports (10%) — support professional development goals of direct reports (if applicable; this role may be either a people manager or individual contributor), guiding aspirations to align with company goals and OKRs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must reside in Minnesota
- 10+ years of related experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry (health plan, hospital, pharmaceutical manufacturer, government, pharmacy chain, management consulting) with proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and communicating effectively with senior management
- 7+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of Value Based Care experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed
PREFERRED:
- Master's degree or other advanced degree in health services research, health policy, healthcare administration, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
