Teya is a Series C fintech company building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. The company focuses on providing simple tools, thoughtful design, and genuine support to cafés, restaurants, salons, shops, and entrepreneurs. As a Partnership Associate, you will support the Partnership Manager and Sales teams through accurate reporting, well-organized processes, and reliable day-to-day coordination. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare clear insights: Create regular reports and analyses on partnership channels to help the team identify trends and opportunities. - Monitor partnership performance: Track activity and results, maintain up-to-date information, and flag relevant changes to the team. - Maintain CRM systems: Keep accurate records, support documentation, onboarding coordination, and status tracking. - Support commercial preparation: Work alongside the Partnership Manager to prepare business plans, pitch materials, and contracts. - Support partners: Respond to partner inquiries and help develop partnership and Independent Sales Consultant (ISC) programmes. - Coordinate onboarding: Process prospective partners aligned with Teya's objectives and coordinate next steps in their onboarding journey. This role offers a strong foundation for developing your career in B2B partnerships, building analytical and coordination skills, and gaining insight into how partner relationships and programmes are developed in a fast-moving fintech environment. REQUIREMENTS: - 1–3 years of experience in administration, sales support, or account management - Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail - Confident using Excel and working with data, reports, and analyses - Clear communication skills and good command of English - Comfortable coordinating tasks and following up with different stakeholders - Plus: Experience with CRM tools (such as HubSpot), interest in fintech, payments, or B2B partnerships
