Allica Bank is the UK's fastest-growing fintech firm, focused on serving established SMEs—a historically underserved segment representing over a third of the UK economy. The Partnerships Associate role sits within the Partnerships Sales Team, supporting Partnerships Managers in building and maintaining relationships with accountants and other trusted advisors who refer SME clients to Allica.
In this operational and sales-support role, you will:
**Client Onboarding & Account Management**
Support the onboarding of referred SME clients, including gathering information, liaising with the KYC team, responding to RFI requests, and securing initial deposits. Provide professional, efficient communication throughout the client journey.
**Customer Service**
Serve as the first point of contact for accountant partners and clients, responding to queries via email and phone. Escalate issues to the customer service team as needed and resolve routine requests.
**CRM & Pipeline Management**
Maintain accurate customer data and sales pipeline information in HubSpot, ensuring visibility across the team.
**Prospecting & Business Development**
After completing the sales training program, you will prospect to small and medium accountancy firms, lead communication with inbound website enquiries, manage paid marketing campaign leads (events, webinars), and support targeted re-nurture campaigns with the Marketing Team. You'll also manage inbound calls from accountants and develop account management skills with a portfolio of sole practitioners and small firms.
**What We're Looking For**
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record in sales or account management roles. You should demonstrate strong organizational and CRM abilities, the ability to collaborate across stakeholders, and a genuine desire to learn and develop your career at Allica. Experience delivering excellent customer experience is essential.
