Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company on a mission to make retirement benefits accessible to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. The company has raised approximately $500 million from top-tier investors including BlackRock, SoftBank, TPG (The Rise Fund), and others.
As a Partner Support Specialist, you will serve as a relationship manager for Human Interest's key payroll and CPA partners, providing comprehensive end-to-end support and a white-glove experience. You'll be the primary point of contact within Human Interest for partner inquiries, handling both proactive and reactive support while managing escalations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to develop and implement tailored solutions
- Developing strategies to increase partner retention and satisfaction
- Maintaining and improving standard operating procedures documentation for the partner support team
- Communicating blockers and potential risks to leadership promptly to mitigate reputational risks
- Facilitating meetings, handling escalations, and conducting proactive service outreach
- Translating complex business problems into clear concepts for external stakeholders
You bring 3+ years of experience in partnership, sales, or business development environments, with demonstrated expertise in strategic partnerships for consumer-facing, web services, and SaaS products. You're proactive, anticipate partner needs, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. You have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), and understand how to leverage strategic insights to foster business relationships. Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools is essential.
