Salary: GBP 73,000 - 95,000 / annual
OneStream is seeking a Partner Success Manager (EMEA) to drive the success of its partner ecosystem across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for implementation partners, managing relationships, project oversight, and enablement to help partners build scalable, high-performing practices.
Key responsibilities include:
**Partner Relationship & Support**
- Act as the primary point of contact for implementation partners, ensuring access to necessary resources and technical/functional support
- Own regular partner status calls to discuss project delivery and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive OneStream implementation success
- Provide guidance on partner health and future planning
- Serve as co-liaison between partners and internal teams (Support, Remote Consulting, Partner Enablement, Engineering, Customer Success)
- Alert leadership to delivery risks and timeline concerns
- Provide input on partner leveling based on experience and skillsets
- Drive partners to develop and maintain a Center of Excellence (COE) function
**Project Oversight & Functional Support**
- Monitor and support partner-led implementations for adherence to delivery standards
- Review project plans and recommend timeline and go-live improvements
- Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and adoption through functional enablement
- Review partner cases to ensure proper internal COE utilization
- Identify key deliverables for partner success
**Enablement**
- Develop and deliver partner Seismic pages with functional information, new features, and solution content
- Actively engage partners with COE through online courses, content, and enablement materials
**Process Improvement**
- Identify opportunities to improve partner processes and efficiency
- Develop strategies for proactive enablement and services to prevent escalations
- Create SOP documentation on engaged projects
- Conduct gap analysis with alliances to build robust frameworks for partner processes
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management, or account management
- Minimum 5 years of experience consulting or in functional account management for software implementations on CPM/EPM platforms
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA, CA) or advanced degrees (MBA, MFA)
- Project management, program management, or account management expertise
- Prior experience in Partner Success or Customer Success
- Deep experience with SQL, C#, VB.net, or Visual Basic
- Experience with EPM/CPM product scalability and performance
- Experience with Azure-based SaaS platforms
- Experience with telemetry tools for EPM/CPM applications
- Prior experience with SAP Outlooksoft BPC, Hyperion Planning/Essbase/HFM, FDM, IBM Cognos, or other EPM solutions
- Experience with GSI/RSI partner-implemented SaaS solutions (BlackLine, Trintech, Workiva, etc.)
