Success means building a scalable EMEA partner-first operating model with clear operating rhythm, better alignment between partner strategy and deal motions, predictable partner capacity and targeted capability plans, consistent high-quality partner-led services, partners equipped to respond to EMEA priorities and AI opportunities, and improved customer time to value, adoption, and expansion outcomes.
