Salary: CHF 114,000 - 148,000 / annual

OneStream is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive the success of its partner ecosystem across the DACH, CEE, and BENELUX regions. This role bridges OneStream's internal teams—customer success, partner alliances, and partner enablement—with implementation partners, managing both functional and technical aspects of partner implementations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for implementation partners, owning regular status calls, building strong relationships, and providing guidance on partner health and future planning. Key responsibilities include monitoring and supporting partner-led implementations to ensure adherence to project delivery timelines, reviewing project plans and providing recommendations for go-live success, and coordinating engagements with internal teams (Support, Remote Consulting, Partner Enablement, Engineering, Customer Success). The role encompasses project oversight and functional support, including reviewing partner cases to ensure correct utilization of internal Centers of Excellence (COE), identifying key deliverables for partner success, and seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and adoption through functional enablement. You will develop and deliver partner enablement content via Seismic, actively engage partners with online courses and materials, and drive partners to develop and maintain a COE function within their practices. Process improvement is also central to the role: you will identify opportunities to improve partner processes and efficiency, develop strategies for proactive enablement and services to prevent customer escalations, create standard operating procedure documentation, and conduct gap analysis with alliances to build a more robust framework for partner governance and project management. You will alert Partner Alliances and internal leadership to concerns related to project timeline delivery, mitigating risk, and provide input to Partner Delivery Managers on partner leveling based on experience and perceived skillsets. Strong communication with both partners and internal stakeholders is essential. REQUIREMENTS: Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience - Minimum 2 years of experience with project management, stakeholder management, or account management - Minimum 5 years of experience consulting or in functional account management for software implementations for CPM/EPM platforms Preferred: - Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology - Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA, CA) or advanced degrees (MBA, MFA) - Project management, program management, or account management expertise - Prior experience in Partner Success or Customer Success - Deep experience with SQL, C#, VB.net, or Visual Basic; object-oriented programming a plus - Prior experience with scalability and performance of EPM/CPM products - Prior experience with Azure-based SaaS platforms - Prior experience with telemetry tools to monitor EPM/CPM applications - Prior experience with SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BOFC, Hyperion Planning/Essbase/HFM, FDM, UpStream, IBM Cognos, or other EPM solutions; GSI/RSI partner-implemented SaaS solutions (BlackLine, Trintech, Workiva, etc.) Key Skills and Abilities: - Excellent project management skills related to product implementation - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to communicate concise functional guidance and recommendations - Ability to develop trust and strong relationships - Ability to deliver difficult feedback regarding product implementations and project status - Desire to enable others and continuously grow functional knowledge - Self-directed with strong desire to succeed - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple streams of work in a timely manner - Presentation skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities - Ability to collaborate and solve problems independently and as a team - Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes - Ability to create project status documentation - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
