Jukebox Health is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success for health plan partners. The role bridges sales, operations, and clinical teams, serving as the account owner for multiple partner relationships. Key responsibilities include maintaining proactive communication with partner stakeholders across all levels, translating partner feedback into actionable insights for internal teams, and driving growth within existing partnerships. You will own visibility into critical program health metrics—referral volume, SLA trends, approval rates, utilization, revenue, and conversion rates—using data to drive strategic priorities and interventions. The role requires ownership of partnership performance analytics and reporting, identifying trends and root causes in program data, and driving cross-functional resolution. You will serve as the escalation point for partner relationship issues and systemic program concerns, identify bottlenecks in the partner journey, and design partner-facing engagement initiatives with clear outcome tracking. Implementation execution is central: you'll lead end-to-end planning and execution for new partnerships from contract signature through program launch, develop standardized onboarding processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, clinical, and technical resources. The ideal candidate brings clinical credentials (OT, PT, or related healthcare licensure), 3+ years of project management, consulting, or partner/account management experience in healthcare—preferably with managed care organizations, Medicaid, or healthcare payers. You'll need demonstrated experience managing complex implementations, strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and value-based care models, analytical skills to interpret performance data, and consultative problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills to translate clinical and operational concepts for diverse stakeholders are essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of home and community-based services (HCBS), population health, social determinants of health programs, healthcare technology implementations, health plan operations, and experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
