OneStream is seeking a Partner Success Manager (PSM) for the APAC region to drive success across the partner ecosystem. This role bridges OneStream's internal teams—customer success, partner alliances, and partner enablement—with implementation partners, managing both functional and technical aspects of partner implementations.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for implementation partners, owning regular status calls, building strong relationships, and providing guidance on partner health and future planning. Key responsibilities include monitoring and supporting partner-led implementations to ensure adherence to project delivery timelines and success metrics, reviewing project plans and providing recommendations for go-live success, and coordinating engagements with internal CSRC teams.
The role encompasses project oversight and functional support, including reviewing partner cases to ensure correct utilization of internal Centers of Excellence (COE), identifying key deliverables, and recommending enablement materials based on customer requirements. You will develop and deliver partner enablement content via Seismic, actively engage partners with online courses and training materials, and drive partners to develop and maintain robust COE functions within their practices.
Process improvement is a core component: you will identify opportunities to enhance partner processes, develop strategies to improve efficiency, create SOP documentation for engaged projects, and conduct gap analysis with alliances to build a more robust framework for partner governance and project management. You will also alert Partner Alliances and internal leadership to concerns related to project timeline delivery and risk mitigation.
