As Partner Success Lead, you will own and scale Tide's existing partner ecosystem. You'll serve as the strategic custodian of partner relationships, driving mutual growth while ensuring partners remain active, compliant, and aligned with Tide's mission. This is a people-management role where you'll lead a team to nurture strategic partnerships and optimize performance across a large, complex portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a large portfolio of partner accounts and leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that drive actionable growth
- Leading and executing strategy to scale new customer acquisition from the existing partner base
- Coaching your team to success and setting clear expectations
- Identifying and executing creative growth initiatives for the partner ecosystem
- Maintaining compliance and regulatory integrity across the third-party network
- Optimizing partner lifecycle processes by identifying friction points and proposing scalable solutions to Product and Operations teams
- Managing CRM systems and partnership management platforms (PRMs) to track performance and insights
You'll be measured on partner growth (referral volume), partnership quality (reactivation and performance metrics), deal renewals, and operational execution. The role requires 8+ years in fast-paced environments (SaaS, Fintech, or high-growth), proven team management experience, and deep expertise in CRM and PRM tools. You should be detail-oriented, compliance-minded, and comfortable navigating complex organizations to solve partner problems.
