Anthropic is seeking a Partner Success Lead to own the delivery outcomes of customer engagements executed through consulting and systems integration partners in North America. This role manages a portfolio of 10-30 concurrent customer engagements, ensuring partners complete work on scope, drive Claude adoption, and deliver measurable value.
Key responsibilities include: owning each engagement from partner assignment through completion; conducting weekly delivery reviews and diagnosing at-risk accounts; unblocking partner capacity, scope, product, and customer satisfaction issues; tracking delivery quality metrics including on-time completion, time-to-completion, and customer consumption trends; building executive relationships with partner leadership to enable restaffing and escalation when needed; developing each partner's Claude practice through certified bench depth, repeatable offerings, and published case studies; converting proven approaches into reusable methodologies and best practices; running quarterly practice reviews with partner alliance and delivery leads; presenting to partner executives, delivery teams, customers, and Anthropic leadership; stewarding partner co-investment and funding requests against stated outcomes; managing handoffs from Partner Sales and Partner Delivery teams while coordinating with Partner Account Managers and Customer Success teams; instrumenting the book with key metrics on engagements, stall rates, consumption, and partner health; and leveraging Claude to draft diagnostics, review packs, and escalation briefs while owning final judgment and unblocking decisions.
Minimum qualifications include 5+ years owning high-volume books of concurrent customer engagements, projects, or accounts (10-30 at a time) to completion in partner success, customer success, delivery management, or technical account management roles. Candidates should demonstrate ability to build structure and programmatic motions while delivering engagement-by-engagement, with proven track record of documenting processes that others execute independently. Experience scaling operations through written playbooks, checklists, and review formats is essential. The role requires strong executive presence, ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders, comfort with ambiguity in early-stage partner programs, and data-driven decision-making.
