You will own the AWS partnership end-to-end as a single accountable owner. This is not a supporting role—you inherit a $15M portfolio and become the primary decision-maker and escalation point for all AWS-related matters. The role combines technical expertise with commercial responsibility, covering both adoption and revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: owning the full AWS relationship lifecycle (technical adoption, commercial outcomes, retention, expansion); serving as trusted advisor to AWS stakeholders from solutions architects to senior leadership; driving joint adoption through demos, workshops, architecture guidance, and troubleshooting; managing the Marketplace and co-sell motion (listings, private offers, deal structuring, commit drawdown); navigating three-way dynamics between Deepgram, AWS, and end customers; running partner business reviews and joint planning; acting as the internal voice of the partner to influence roadmap and GTM strategy; and tracking adoption, usage, health, and expansion metrics.
You should have been an accountable owner of a strategic relationship (not a supporting resource), with genuine technical consulting fluency in APIs and developer workflows, and an AI-native operating model where you instinctively build systems to eliminate recurring work. Prior titles may include Partner Development Manager, Alliances/Channel lead, Partner Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Partner Solutions Architect, or Strategic Account Manager.
