Salary: USD 176,000 - 225,000 / annual
Vercel is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to drive enablement and integration across its partner ecosystem, including solution and consulting partners, strategic technology partners, and cloud alliances like AWS. This role bridges Vercel's products—Next.js, v0, AI SDK, and Eve—with partner engineering, sales, and product teams to grow adoption and build strong technical relationships.
You will serve as the main technical contact for Vercel's partners, building lasting relationships with their engineering teams and leadership. Key responsibilities include:
• Building product integrations, proofs of concept, and reference applications that connect Vercel's agentic infrastructure to apps and agents using open-source solutions.
• Authoring guides, documentation, and workshop content for partner enablement, including integration guides for partner products.
• Providing pre-sales support on partner-attached opportunities.
• Enabling Vercel's sales organization on the Vercel + partner value proposition, and presenting technical content at partner events, hackathons, and conferences.
• Gathering and delivering high-signal feedback from partner use cases and integrations to Vercel product teams.
• Working with Partner Managers to design and deliver programs such as agentic workshops, discovery sessions, and technical enablement.
You will coordinate across multiple partners and time zones, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders from engineers to executives. Travel of approximately 25% is expected.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of experience as a solutions engineer, solutions architect, or tech lead advising or consulting engineering teams.
• 6+ years of experience building and launching frontend applications using Next.js or React, with ongoing coding involvement.
• Strong understanding of fullstack web architecture, agentic development tools, and building AI applications.
• Experience shipping applications with composable technologies and services common in partner-delivered projects (CMS, ecommerce, A/B testing, personalization).
• Shipped agentic applications with the Vercel AI SDK or other AI application toolkits.
• Ability to speak credibly to LLM frameworks, agent architectures, and AI application patterns.
• Experience working with or within systems integrators, consulting firms, or technology partners, understanding how they staff, deliver, and grow technology practices or product partnerships.
• Developer relations experience, including training sessions, sales demos, conference talks, and technical content creation.
• Results-driven mindset and experience in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable working with remote, globally distributed cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
