Viva.com, Europe's first Tech Bank for Businesses, is seeking a Partner Relationship Representative to support and grow its partnership ecosystem in Ireland. The role focuses on indirect channel management, working with technology and hardware partners to drive merchant activation and revenue growth.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing the full lifecycle of partner relationships from onboarding through merchant activation. Key responsibilities include assisting partners with merchant verification and activation, identifying and engaging prospective new partners, escalating complex partner issues to appropriate internal teams, and driving production and growth within the indirect channel.
Viva.com operates as a licensed bank (regulated by the Bank of Greece) offering omnichannel payment acceptance, card issuing, loans, and deposit accounts across 22 EU countries. The company has built a dynamic ecosystem of over 450 tech partners and is pioneering Tap on Any Device technology for frictionless payments. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to enhance partner relationships and identify business potential in technology-driven solutions.
