Pigment is seeking a Partner Readiness Manager to join its rapidly expanding Business Development team. This role sits at the intersection of partner enablement, sales support, and go-to-market strategy, responsible for ensuring Pigment's partner ecosystem is equipped, trained, and motivated to drive revenue and expand market reach. You will develop and execute comprehensive partner readiness programs, including training curricula, certification frameworks, and enablement materials that empower partners to sell, implement, and support Pigment's AI-powered business planning platform. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to translate product capabilities into partner-friendly resources, manage partner communications, and track readiness metrics to ensure partners can effectively engage customers. Key responsibilities include: designing and delivering partner training programs (both technical and sales-focused); creating and maintaining partner playbooks, case studies, and competitive battle cards; managing partner portals and knowledge bases; coordinating with internal teams to ensure partners have timely access to product updates and go-to-market materials; measuring partner competency and readiness through assessments and feedback loops; and identifying gaps in partner capability to inform continuous improvement. You'll report to the VP of Business Development or Head of Partnerships and manage a small team or coordinate across multiple partner segments. Success requires strong project management, communication skills, and the ability to balance the needs of diverse partner types—from resellers to implementation partners to technology integrations. Pigment is a fast-growing SaaS leader (600+ employees, $400M+ raised) trusted by industry giants like Unilever, Snowflake, and Siemens. The company operates across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco, and Austin, offering a truly global, innovative environment.
