The Partner Program Manager will own the design and execution of DevRev's growing portfolio of strategic partnerships across a tiered partner model. This is a foundational role to bring structure, rigor, and repeatability to how the company builds and runs partner programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing partner programs across the tiered portfolio: joint GTM programs, co-sell and marketplace motions, competency/certification programs, and enablement initiatives
- Owning program execution end-to-end: building plans, coordinating stakeholders across partner and internal teams, tracking milestones, and driving to outcomes
- Building the operational backbone: partner tracking, program dashboards, cadences, reporting, and processes to ensure the team runs with rigor and visibility
- Translating partnership strategy into structured, measurable programs with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics
- Maintaining the source-of-truth view of partner program status, priorities, and results for leadership
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or sales operations, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or AI. You have a builder's mindset, creating programs and processes where none exist and making them repeatable. You demonstrate strong execution discipline, driving cross-functional programs to completion on time. You are analytical and operationally rigorous, comfortable with tracking, dashboards, metrics, and reporting. You excel at stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners, with strong written and structured-communication skills. You are India-based and able to collaborate across US and APAC time zones.
