MinIO is seeking a Partner Manager to build and expand its channel partner ecosystem across the United States. MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI, providing AIStor and MemKV solutions that unify the data stack from inference context memory to objects across core, edge, and cloud environments. The company is trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100. In this role, you will own channel development and partner relationships in Southern California and beyond. Key responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new channel partners, nurturing existing relationships, and growing partner-led opportunity pipelines to achieve Partner Attached ARR targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with business objectives and develop joint marketing, sales, and product initiatives. You will provide comprehensive partner enablement through training and resources, helping partners understand MinIO's solutions and optimize their sales capabilities. You'll work on go-to-market strategies and co-selling opportunities, tracking KPIs to measure partnership success and analyzing data to identify improvement areas. Close collaboration with sales and customer-facing teams is essential to drive partner-attached opportunities to closure. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of proven channel partner management experience in the technology and storage industry, with deep expertise in software-defined services. You should have a strong understanding of the US market and channel dynamics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is required.
