As Partner Manager for Legal Partnerships, you will own the day-to-day management and execution of Harvey's legal partnerships, ensuring each translates into a clear, repeatable go-to-market motion. You'll work closely with legal partners and internal teams across Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product to develop joint GTM plans, enable partner teams, coordinate customer opportunities, establish governance and operating cadences, and track performance against shared goals.
Key responsibilities include managing partner onboarding, enablement, and joint planning; building strong working relationships with partner stakeholders; coordinating cross-functional execution of partner commitments; developing scalable project plans, operating cadences, and partner materials; tracking partner activity, pipeline, and program performance; driving partner-sourced pipeline to achieve targets; gathering feedback to improve programs; and supporting partner-facing meetings, business reviews, and executive updates.
You should have 5-7 years of professional experience in partnerships, consulting, business operations, strategy, sales, customer success, or related fields. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented operator with strong program management skills, proven ability to build external stakeholder relationships, excellent communication skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence across teams with competing priorities. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environments and can bring structure to complex partnerships while driving measurable commercial value.
