As Partner Manager for Legal Partnerships, you will own the day-to-day execution and scaling of Harvey's legal partnerships. This role bridges internal teams and external partners, ensuring partnerships translate into repeatable, measurable commercial value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing partner onboarding, enablement, joint planning, and ongoing program management
- Serving as primary point of contact for partner stakeholders across active initiatives
- Coordinating cross-functional execution with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product teams
- Developing scalable processes, project plans, operating cadences, and partner enablement materials
- Tracking partner activity, pipeline, engagement, and program performance with clear stakeholder reporting
- Driving partner-sourced pipeline to achieve company targets
- Gathering feedback from partners, customers, and internal teams to improve and inform partnership strategy
- Supporting partner-facing meetings, business reviews, training sessions, and executive updates
You bring 5-7 years of professional experience in partnerships, consulting, business operations, strategy, sales, customer success, or related fields. You are a detail-oriented operator with strong program management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams, establishing clear ownership and timelines, and driving execution from planning through completion. You build strong relationships with external stakeholders, communicate complex information clearly, and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. You influence cross-functional teams with competing priorities and thrive in high-growth, collaborative settings.
