Algolia is a market leader in AI-powered search technology, powering over 30 billion search requests weekly for 18,000+ businesses including Stripe, Under Armour, and Walgreens. The company raised $150M in Series D funding at a $2.25B valuation in 2021.
As Partner Manager for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will execute Algolia's partner strategy across the region, with Germany as the primary focus. You'll work with consulting partners, systems integrators, technology partners, and cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft) to embed Algolia into multi-technology and agentic solutions.
This is a solutions-focused role requiring strong technical fluency but not hands-on implementation. You'll identify and shape three types of agentic solutions: those combining Algolia with technology partners, those built by consulting partners, and joint offerings with technology partners around shared value propositions.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional partner strategy, building and managing a portfolio of partners, identifying and recruiting new partners (especially those building AI-driven solutions), shaping agentic solutions, enabling partners on Algolia's capabilities, owning deal registration and account mapping, coordinating go-to-market activities, and driving pipeline creation and revenue alignment.
You'll report to the Head of Global Partnerships and collaborate closely with the DACH General Manager and regional sales leadership. Algolia has been building relationships in DACH for seven years; this role focuses on elevating established partnerships while designing a new partner-led growth strategy.
The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years in senior Alliance, Channel, or Partner roles (ideally with technology, cloud, or systems integration partners in recurring revenue models), strong technical fluency with APIs and cloud infrastructure, and familiarity with emerging agentic AI landscapes and accelerator programs.
