Webflow is seeking a Partner Manager for EMEA to develop and implement strategies that grow the Webflow partner ecosystem across high-opportunity markets in the region. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with agencies that extend Webflow's reach into enterprise markets, creating scalable programs that drive mutual growth and success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and structure the Webflow partner ecosystem within key EMEA regions
- Build acquisition and business development strategies to grow the partner program
- Work cross-functionally with sales, solution engineering, product, and marketing teams to provide partners with tools, resources, and features
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new partners aligned with the Ideal Sales Partner Profile (ISPP), including full-stack agencies with dedicated marketing and sales teams, prior SaaS enterprise partnership experience (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful), and $50k+ minimum project sizes
- Create and lead business objectives around partner acquisition, co-sell opportunity generation, and revenue
- Build long-term collaborations and champion partner account adoption, expansion, and retention
- Drive partner-sourced opportunities that generate pipeline for the sales-led team
You bring 4+ years of partner management experience with KPIs tied to partner-sourced pipeline, expertise in partner marketing and business development, and prior experience driving partner expansion in geo-specific regions like France and Southern Europe. Professional fluency in French is highly preferred. You are naturally data-driven, operate with structured autonomy, possess strong commercial instincts, and stay curious about emerging technologies including AI. You excel at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and balancing partner needs with internal priorities.
The role is based in London, UK, with 3 days per week in-office (hybrid). You will report to the Director, Partnerships. This is a full-time, permanent position.
