As Partner Manager for EMEA, you will lead the regional partner ecosystem strategy and execution. You'll build and scale relationships with cloud providers (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS), system integrators, and data consulting partners. Your core responsibilities include recruiting and enabling high-impact partners aligned to EMEA revenue goals, designing and executing joint go-to-market plays, generating partner-sourced and influenced pipeline opportunities, and driving executive relationships across cloud and SI alliance teams.
You will execute co-marketing programs and field events with ecosystem partners, turning alliances into measurable revenue impact. This is a strategic, outward-facing role requiring strong GTM acumen, regional market knowledge, and a passion for ecosystem-led growth.
Ideal candidates bring proven experience building and scaling partner ecosystems across EMEA, with solid track records working with cloud platforms and system integrators. You should understand regional market dynamics and be able to tailor GTM motions for local relevance. You excel at developing executive-level relationships, recruiting and enabling partners, and designing joint GTM plays with major analytics platforms. Experience running field events, co-marketing campaigns, and generating pipeline is essential.
You thrive in fast-moving environments, work independently with minimal guidance, and excel at coordinating cross-functional teams while influencing without authority. A builder's mindset is critical—you create scalable partner processes and programs. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and stay curious about the data and AI ecosystem, translating market insights into impactful partner plays.
