Prewave is an AI-native supply chain risk intelligence platform serving enterprise clients like BMW Group, Hilti, and Lufthansa. The company provides real-time visibility into supply chain risks—supplier insolvencies, cyber attacks, factory fires, floods—before they become crises. You will own the strategy and execution of Prewave's global consulting partnerships, turning them into a reliable and growing revenue engine. This is a hands-on role that bridges project-based consulting engagements with multi-year software licenses, creating commercial alignment for both parties. Key responsibilities: - Drive and nurture relationships with global consulting partners (Big Four and other major consultancies) to ensure each partnership generates consistent, growing revenue - Design joint go-to-market concepts from the ground up, ensuring consulting work and Prewave's software reinforce each other - Build partnership models that create a clear commercial path: consulting projects feed into multi-year software licenses - Expand the partner network across offices and practices worldwide to surface new opportunities in different regions and industries - Work closely with Account Executives to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals from initial conversation to contract signature - Establish partnership plans with measurable milestones and KPIs to track progress and visibility Prewave operates as an AI-native team where AI fluency (Claude, Gemini, etc.) is a standard working tool. The culture emphasizes real ownership, curiosity, urgency, and collaboration. You'll have autonomy to figure things out your way with strong team support, and the work moves fast with incomplete briefs that make the role interesting. The company values creating positive impact through successful customers, ambitious innovation, operating with urgency, doing things that make sense, and collaborating with kindness. Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting (ideally Big Four or equivalent global consultancy) OR in partner management working directly with such firms - University degree in business, economics, engineering, supply chain management, or related field - Proven track record shaping engagements: scoping with clients, defining approaches, building concepts (not following predefined plans) - Deep understanding of how consultancies sell, staff, and bill their work; ability to translate this into partnership models around software licenses - Ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels (partners, practice leads, delivery teams) - Confident, clear communication in English (written and verbal) with senior stakeholders - Based in Vienna or willing to relocate Nice to have: - Experience in supply chain risk, procurement, sustainability, or compliance - German or another second language
