As Partner Manager for the Bay Area, you will build and manage strategic partnerships to expand Glean's customer reach in the West Region. This is a hands-on, results-oriented role that bridges partner relationships and the sales organization. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining executive and working-level relationships with key partners and Glean sales teams to drive measurable sourced and influenced pipeline growth - Educating and coaching Glean Sales teams on partner scaling strategies and best practices - Defining and operationalizing co-selling and co-delivery motions aligned with field priorities - Building repeatable plays for sourcing new opportunities through campaigns, events, account mapping, and outbound motions - Maintaining clear visibility into partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline - Working cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to streamline partner processes including deal registration, approvals, contracts, marketing development funds (MDF), and reporting - Embedding with the sales organization to align partners to territories and participate in key initiatives This role requires someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on, with strong relationship-building skills, sales acumen, and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple teams.
