Ema is an agentic AI platform company backed by Accel, Naspers, and prominent angels (Sheryl Sandberg, Dustin Moskovitz, Jerry Yang). Founded by ex-Google, Coinbase, and Okta executives, Ema enables enterprises to delegate repetitive tasks to AI, delivering 10x workforce efficiency gains. The company is headquartered in Silicon Valley with offices in London, Bangalore, and Vancouver.
As Partner Manager, you will lead the build-out of Ema's partner-led growth channel, identifying and scaling strategic go-to-market partnerships with system integrators, VARs, consulting firms, cloud platforms, and AI ecosystem players. You'll focus on Tier-1 partners targeting Fortune 500 enterprises.
Key responsibilities include: sourcing and onboarding key GTM partners (consultancies, resellers, cloud marketplaces, ISVs, system integrators); collaborating with partners to build joint value propositions and GTM plans for priority industries; leading partner enablement (training, certifications, sales collateral); serving as the internal voice of partners to advocate for their needs and product feedback; structuring and negotiating partnership agreements, incentives, and success metrics; driving pipeline through partner channels and co-selling opportunities; tracking joint deals and measuring revenue impact; building and scaling partner programs (onboarding flows, portals, reporting); defining success metrics and leading quarterly business reviews; and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
You should have 5+ years in partner management at SaaS, enterprise software, or AI companies, with a proven track record of sourcing, enabling, and scaling GTM partnerships that directly influenced sales outcomes. Deep knowledge of partner program design (incentives, MDF, co-sell playbooks), enterprise sales motions (especially AI/automation), and excellent negotiation and relationship management skills are essential. Ideally, you have familiarity with agentic AI, RPA, enterprise workflow automation, or LLM platforms; experience with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or SI ecosystems; exposure to RevOps tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, PRM systems); and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
