DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform to modernize accounting and finance operations. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
As Partner Lead for Accounting Advisory, you will build and scale DualEntry's advisory channel—the accounting firms, fractional CFOs, and Big 4 partners who influence ERP buying decisions. This is a foundational role in a high-growth fintech company at Series A.
Key responsibilities:
- Source and develop relationships across three partner tiers: Big 4 firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC), mid-market accounting firms, and fractional CFO practices
- Design and execute alliance program mechanics including tiering structures, incentives, and activation-based perks
- Own DualEntry's presence in the accounting ecosystem: SaaStr Accountant, AICPA Engage, Scaling New Heights, Accounting Cornerstone, and industry conferences
- Create advisor-facing enablement materials: demo environments, comparison guides, and client-ready collateral
- Manage partner agreements from initial proposal through signature, balancing fairness with commercial outcomes
- Host events and joint workshops with advisory partners
- Support and activate the Founding Advisors cohort
You'll report to Caelahn Bullen, Strategic Partnerships Lead, who built the partnerships function from zero and established the company's four-channel taxonomy in the first 8 weeks.
Ideal background: 3–6 years in channel, referral, or alliance roles, ideally with experience selling to or through accountants, CFOs, or advisory firms. Program-builder instincts, strong relationship management, and comfort operating across different firm archetypes are essential. Nice-to-haves include existing networks in fractional CFO or mid-market accounting spaces, experience with accounting/fintech products, and early-stage company exposure.
You'll join a high-trust, high-speed environment with significant equity ownership, direct product influence, and the opportunity to grow with a top AI company. The role is based at DualEntry's NYC HQ (7 World Trade Center) with a collaborative, in-office culture.
