LangChain is seeking a Partner Engineer to build the technical foundation for partnerships with cloud providers and systems integrators. You'll create reference architectures, integration patterns, and enablement programs that enable partners to deliver LangChain solutions independently to their own clients.
Key responsibilities include: designing and maintaining reference architectures and marketplace assets for cloud co-sell motions with GCP and Azure; building and running a services partner enablement program from scratch, including tiered certification tracks, hands-on workshops, and delivery playbooks; working with systems integrator centers of excellence to develop repeatable joint solutions; serving as a technical evangelist and escalation point for complex partner-led deployments; and gathering field feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, partnerships, and sales, translating between technical and business stakeholders. The role requires hands-on technical work—designing integrations, building sample repositories, and writing code—alongside strategic partnership development and enablement delivery.
Required experience: 7+ years in technical, partner-facing, or customer-facing roles (Partner Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or founder background). You should have a track record partnering with systems integrators or cloud providers on complex technical problems, experience building enablement programs that drive partner independence, and strong presentation and communication skills.
Technical requirements: hands-on experience building with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar), including RAG patterns and agent architecture; experience designing evaluation frameworks and iterating on agent behavior; strong Python skills; working knowledge of GCP and/or Azure; and familiarity with vector stores, tool integration, and API design in agentic systems.
You'll be a trusted advisor to partner technical teams, equally comfortable writing code and presenting at partner summits, building scalable assets that multiply partner capability across their client base.
