Onebrief builds collaboration and AI-powered workflow software for military planning and operational coordination. As a Partner Engagement Manager based in Vicenza, Italy, you will serve as the customer's trusted technical partner and primary point of contact between the customer and Onebrief. You will maintain power-user-level fluency in the Onebrief platform, staying current on product updates and translating new releases into practical impact for customer workflows. Your core responsibilities include: - Clearly communicating user needs to the product team while maintaining high product proficiency and excitement about improvements - Understanding and leveraging company resources to meet customer goals - Leading or supporting operational exercises - Observing user behavior to recommend product improvements - Identifying gaps between existing directorate workflows and effective Onebrief usage, then driving adoption through hands-on configuration, user coaching, and workflow optimization - Responding to incidents by coordinating between the customer and product engineering teams - Aligning team efforts to deliver excellent customer experience while synchronizing planning and workflows across commands - Enabling expansion and upsell opportunities by instilling the Onebrief value proposition You will work in a distributed team of builders from military, operational, and technology backgrounds. Some team members work remotely while others work directly alongside customers in operational environments worldwide. Onebrief was founded in 2019 and is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Battery Ventures, Insight Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Human Capital, with a valuation exceeding $2 billion. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience leading operational planning within a military context, preferably at multi-star headquarters - Exposure to large staff planning through Professional Military Education or service experience - Familiarity and experience with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks - Proven ability to expand business presence within a customer location with emphasis on software or technology solutions - Experience in customer support (face-to-face and remote) with capability to respond to incidents coordinating with customers and product engineering teams - Strong technical skills to master the application, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with customers on technical matters - Proven ability to navigate large government organizations, solve bureaucratic challenges, and deliver successful outcomes - Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and ability to access DOD facilities and installations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Technical aptitude and ability to become a power user of the product and communicate with engineering teams - Strong interpersonal skills, rapport-building ability, and capacity to align diverse perspectives - Deep commitment to the mission - Proactive, adaptable approach with comfort working autonomously or in cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings - Clear, concise, and candid communication skills
