Supabase is seeking a Partner Enablement & Programs Manager to build and scale the startup partner ecosystem. You'll own the creation and execution of enablement materials, partner programs, and events that help VCs, accelerators, and startup programs successfully promote and build with Supabase's open-source backend platform.
Key responsibilities include: developing partner enablement decks, playbooks, and activation guides; managing the operational cadence of partner programs across VCs, accelerators, and incubators; organizing Supabase's presence at demo days, founder summits, and partner conferences; planning and executing hackathons end-to-end (partner coordination, logistics, sponsorships, judging, promotion); coordinating cross-functionally with Partnerships, GTM, DevRel, Events, and Marketing teams; and measuring program impact through signups, credit redemptions, partner-sourced pipeline, and event outcomes.
You'll identify new enablement and program opportunities and bring ROI-focused proposals to the team. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, program management, event marketing, or partner marketing, ideally in developer tools, startups, or venture ecosystems. You should have a proven track record running events (hackathons, meetups, conferences, workshops) from planning through post-event reporting, strong project management skills, comfort with external stakeholder communication, and clear written and verbal communication abilities.
A bias toward measurement is essential—you'll instinctively ask whether initiatives move the needle and build metrics-based reporting. While the company is fully remote and globally distributed, this role strongly prefers candidates based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area due to the concentration of partner activity and events in that region, with availability for regular in-person events including occasional evenings and weekends.
Nice-to-have qualifications include familiarity with developer tools, AI infrastructure, hands-on experience with databases like Postgres, experience with startup accelerators (YC, Techstars) or VC platform teams, DevRel background, and experience with CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot.
