Salary: SGD 128,000 - 166,000 / annual
OneStream is seeking a Principal Delivery Manager for its Partner Enablement team, a strategic function that acts as trusted advisors to the OneStream community. The team collaborates with partners, customers, and internal departments to ensure partner success and customer reference ability, providing design recommendations and build guidance for OneStream solution delivery.
In this Principal role, you will fulfill the core enablement mission while providing OneStream domain expertise, mentoring to team members, and advisory on larger-scope projects. You will work with Silver partners to jointly deliver successful OneStream implementations, including pre-project engagement to align roles and responsibilities, preparation for design workshops, co-leading customer design sessions, coaching partners on design documentation, and providing technical expertise during critical milestones. You will also perform design document reviews with written recommendations, conduct app health checks for customers, assist with ad hoc technical guidance and project scoping, and support small-sized projects.
Additionally, you will provide global domain expertise to junior team members within cross-departmental subject matter expert groups, mentor and develop staff through coaching and self-directed learning, actively promote OneStream's engagement methodology and core values, and participate in webinars and annual conferences as requested. The role requires substantial experience in finance organizations with a solid understanding of the work performed by financial analysts, controllers, finance directors, and CFOs.
The position is remote and home-based, located in Singapore. The successful candidate must be able to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship. Travel is typically 10-15% of work time.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS (or equivalent work experience)
- 10+ years relevant EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) work experience, including 5+ years OneStream experience
- Extensive experience leading complex and multiple OneStream or comparable EPM implementations, owning scoping across engagements, and acting as lead or principal solution architect
- Knowledge of financial accounting processes
- Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research)
- Excellent technology skills related to product implementation
- Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.)
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, IT, or related field
- 10-12 years related work experience with progressive achievement of increased role scope/complexity
- 7-10 years leading global teams across NA, EMEA, APAC geographies
- Experience with global privacy and compliance protocols (GDPR, ISO standards)
- Knowledge of additional languages beyond English
- Knowledge of FP&A processes and CPM solutions
- Experience with VB.net, Visual Basic, or object-oriented programming
- Prior experience with SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BOFC, HFM, FDM, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, IBM Cognos, or other EPM solutions
