Cognition AI is building Devin, the world's first AI software engineer, and is seeking a Partner Director to establish and scale partnerships with the world's largest consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, and peers). This is a hunter/farmer role focused on building the partner ecosystem from the ground up—sourcing, recruiting, enabling, and activating partners that drive meaningful revenue for Cognition's platform.
You will own the full lifecycle of partnership development: defining strategy, building the program, supporting deals, and closing new business alongside partners. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product, and marketing to create a high-leverage partner engine that accelerates growth and expands Devin's reach into the world's most ambitious technology organizations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, business development, sales, or strategic alliances
- Strong understanding of the partner landscape
- Insanely high adaptability and deep passion for early-stage company building
- Relentless drive and hunger to dream up, plan, and execute winning strategy
- Boundless curiosity and ability to learn quickly in a rapidly changing market
