DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates accounting workflows from data entry through financial close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier investors including Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, and Google Ventures, and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR startups to publicly traded companies. In this role, you own the front end of DualEntry's technology partnerships motion. You will manage the entire partner development lifecycle—from initial outreach through to delivering a technical package that the engineering team can build against. The partners you sign become integrated into the product and are used daily by controllers, CFOs, and accountants. The role starts focused on Technology partnerships and expands into Advisory, Private Equity, and Solution Providers as you prove the motion. You will be measured on two key metrics: (1) how quickly and consistently you move partners through the milestones that convert cold conversations into live integrations, and (2) the closed-won revenue those partnerships generate. You'll manage 20+ concurrent partner conversations, maintaining momentum and clarity across all of them. DualEntry emphasizes early-stage growth and high-trust execution. You'll have significant equity ownership in what the company describes as one of the top AI companies in the world, direct influence on product direction through your feedback, and the opportunity to grow with the company as it scales. The environment is fast-paced with high expectations but minimal bureaucracy. REQUIREMENTS: - A couple of years of experience in outbound, business development, or account executive work - Account executives transitioning into partnerships are especially well-suited - Scrappy and tenacious; able to find a way forward when the path isn't obvious - Ability to manage 20+ concurrent partner conversations without losing track - Curiosity about how software integrates with software (coding skills not required) NICE TO HAVE: - Fintech, SaaS, or B2B partnerships experience - Familiarity with HubSpot, Crossbeam, or PRM tools - Comfort reviewing and discussing NDAs and MSAs
