Intuit is seeking a Partner Development Manager to own the strategy and execution of the services partner ecosystem for Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES), a mid-market ERP platform. In this role, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive coverage map of certified implementation partners, identifying gaps in product module expertise and vertical market specialization (construction, manufacturing, professional services, field service, etc.). You will lead end-to-end partner recruitment, qualification, and certification processes, ensuring partners meet rigorous standards for both product depth and industry-specific knowledge. Key responsibilities include ecosystem strategy and coverage mapping—documenting which product areas and vertical markets are covered by certified partners and driving a prioritized recruitment agenda to fill gaps. You will own the certification program lifecycle, working with Channel Enablement and product teams to establish and maintain certification standards as the IES product evolves. You will manage ongoing relationships with all certified services partners, serving as their primary Intuit contact, conducting regular capacity and pipeline reviews, and monitoring implementation quality and customer satisfaction. You will also serve as the commercial escalation point for partners encountering implementation issues, connecting them to appropriate Intuit resources to unblock customer deliverables. You will surface systemic implementation challenges to the product and engineering teams and collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-sales, Technical Spec, and ISV Partner teams to ensure solution architecture recommendations align with available implementation capacity and partner capabilities. This is a portfolio strategy role as much as a relationship management role. You need to understand the IES product map deeply, anticipate where new modules will require updated partner certifications, and build a well-constructed ecosystem that provides coverage across both product dimensions and vertical markets. Success requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
