Braze is seeking a Partner Development Manager for its Global Strategic Technology Partnerships team, based in Austin. You'll drive regional execution of partnership strategies with major technology companies including AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and Shopify. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Technology Partners, you'll translate global partnership strategies into AMER-specific execution that generates pipeline and revenue for Braze while supporting each partner's commercial objectives. Key responsibilities include executing regional partner development strategies by working with global account leaders to unlock new revenue opportunities, deepening relationships across sales and industry verticals. You'll own AWS Marketplace growth in AMER, moving from reactive to proactive engagement by managing co-sell relationships, pipeline quality, and partner funding/incentive programs. You'll also lead enablement and evangelism efforts, championing Braze within partner field organizations and enabling Braze sellers on marketplace motions. Success metrics include growing pipeline (PQLs, sourced and influenced closed-won business) quarter-over-quarter across assigned partners, increasing ACV/TCV and transaction volume through cloud marketplaces, driving actual field engagement on marketplace motions, and maintaining clean partner pipeline data and healthy referral flows. You'll need 3-5 years in partnerships, business development, or cloud sales at a SaaS company, with hands-on experience managing hyperscaler and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Snowflake) including their funding and incentive programs. Experience managing pipeline, forecasts, and sales motions in Salesforce is required. You should have strong trust-building and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
