Salary: USD 200,000 - 230,000 / annual

Finout is a cloud cost management platform trusted by enterprises like The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM, and Lyft. With $85M+ in funding and 100+ employees across Tel Aviv and New York, the company is scaling rapidly. As Partner Development Manager, you will own a diverse portfolio of 40+ ISV and technology partnerships, evaluating each against growth potential, customer outcomes, and speed to value. This is not a templated role—you'll structure relationships around the actual value they create, whether that's integration, delivery capability, account access, or joint offerings. Key responsibilities include: - Source and qualify new partners; run outreach and manage program applications - Facilitate commercial negotiations and structure partnership terms - Evangelize partnerships across the ecosystem and customer base to identify co-sell opportunities - Support partners in finding Finout opportunities within their accounts - Ensure sourced and influenced activity is tracked and credited correctly in Salesforce - Collaborate with sales on AWS and partner co-sell programs - Inherit and extend AI-assisted workflows to scale operations while focusing your judgment on partner selection, deal framing, and prioritization - Work directly with the VP of Partners and Alliances and cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product You'll gain exposure to partner sourcing and negotiation, joint solution development, hyperscaler alliance mechanics, delivery strategy, partner marketing, marketplace economics, and partner operations. The role emphasizes metrics-driven decision-making: every initiative carries pipeline and ROI targets. Required qualifications: - 5–7 years in partner management, alliances, partner operations, channel, or business development at B2B SaaS or cloud providers - Demonstrated track record of partner-driven pipeline with specific examples - Experience building partnerships that monetize in different ways - Commercial fluency: ability to structure terms, understand partner economics, and negotiate credibly - Genuine technical curiosity: can read documentation, understand integrations, discuss use cases, and engage with technical teams - Hands-on AWS partner ecosystem experience or proven ability to master hyperscaler programs quickly - Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (Claude, agentic workflows) as an operating model - Strategic judgment about ecosystem partnerships grounded in product fit and market trajectory - Working proficiency in Salesforce (reports, opportunity hygiene, co-sell tools like Labra, WorkSpan, or Tackle) - Exceptional follow-through and systems thinking - Strong written communication skills Cloud and FinOps ecosystem experience is strongly preferred.
