Braze is seeking a Partner Development Manager for Global Strategic Technology Partnerships to drive regional execution of partnership strategy across AMER. You'll work with major technology partners including AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and Shopify, translating global partnership strategies into region-specific execution that generates pipeline and revenue for Braze while supporting each partner's commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities include executing regional partner development strategies by collaborating with Global Account Leaders to implement AMER-specific programs that unlock new revenue opportunities and deepen partner relationships across sales verticals. You'll own AWS Marketplace growth in AMER, moving Braze from reactive to proactive engagement by managing commercial levers including co-sell relationships, pipeline quality, and partner funding/incentive programs.
You'll also lead enablement and evangelism efforts, championing Braze within partner field organizations and building the business case for partner sellers to include Braze in customer accounts. You'll enable Braze sellers on marketplace routing decisions and evangelize joint wins across organizations.
Success is measured by pipeline growth (PQLs, sourced, and influenced closed-won business) across assigned partners, increased ACV/TCV and transaction volume through cloud marketplaces, active field engagement from Braze AEs and partner reps in marketplace motions, and clean, accurate partner pipeline data with healthy referral flows.
You'll need 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or cloud sales at a SaaS company, with hands-on experience managing hyperscaler and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Snowflake) including their funding and incentive programs. Salesforce pipeline and forecast management experience is required, along with strong trust-building and GTM collaboration skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities are essential.
