Diligent is seeking a Partner Delivery Manager to join the Professional Services department, owning partner relationships across a regional or strategic-account portfolio in the Risk, Audit & Compliance space.
In this role, you will lead partner-firm relationships at the senior delivery leadership level, managing capacity and investment conversations, certification tier advancement, and growth initiatives. You'll lead the most complex and highest-risk partner-led client implementations, coordinating remediation when partner performance slips. You'll build evidence cases for partner certification tier advancement (Foundation to Standard, Standard to Strategic Solution Provider), pulling together engagement-quality data, certification track record, and commercial outcomes for recommendation to regional leadership.
You'll lead the partner side of strategic-account partner-led pursuits, validating partner fit and capacity while coordinating with internal commercial teams on deal scoping. You'll design and refine partner enablement curriculum in partnership with enablement and product teams, identifying new training needs and building self-certification roadmaps. You'll surface cross-regional and cross-account partner-portfolio patterns to regional leadership, including tier-movement trends, engagement-quality patterns, and partner-economics signals.
You'll lead post-implementation reviews on strategic-account partner-led engagements, feeding findings back to internal business unit leaders, commercial teams, and pricing. You'll serve as the senior voice in cross-business-unit partner conversations where partner relationships span multiple product lines, and escalate to regional leadership when partner performance risks Diligent's reputation or strategic-account outcomes.
The role operates on a hybrid model with 50% office-based work required; periodic travel to partner offices is expected. You must be eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
