UiPath is seeking a Partner Business Manager to lead and scale the partner ecosystem across the Americas region. This is a director-level role responsible for building a strategic partner organization that serves as a core pillar of UiPath's go-to-market strategy for automation and agentic solutions. You will own the full partner lifecycle: recruitment, enablement, go-to-market planning, sales funnel management, and service delivery. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success, you'll develop a coordinated strategy to help partners build their own marketing, sales, and delivery capabilities around UiPath's platform. You'll evangelize the UiPath vision to the partner community, manage quarterly sales forecasting and opportunity development, and handle complex partner and customer conflicts with proven leadership. Key responsibilities include articulating the UiPath platform and agentic roadmap to partners, developing strategic partner ecosystems, building partner enablement processes tailored to different personas, managing sales funnels through SFDC, and sharing best practices in account management and sales techniques across channel and sales teams. You bring 6+ years of partner management or director-level leadership experience, with a proven track record of rapidly scaling go-to-market channel organizations in high-growth startups. You have strong business acumen, demonstrated success in partner strategic planning, sales targeting, and forecasting. You excel at business development, negotiation, and cross-functional communication. You're bold, immersed, fast, and humble—with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust across organizations, and experience managing multiple complex projects. Travel up to 50% required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
