As a Partner Associate, you will own the complete lifecycle management of large-scale events from contract signing through final closing. You will serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support). Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire event delivery process, coordinating across departments to ensure timely and quality execution
- Acting as the main stakeholder liaison, facilitating communication between external partners and internal teams
- Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and collaborating with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team in handling customer issues
- Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked
- Attending on-site events when necessary for launches or critical milestones
- Working morning hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
You will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The role requires strong project management and operational coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1+ years in project management, partner management, or consulting (event industry background is a plus but not required)
- Degree-qualified
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills
- Solution-focused problem-solving mindset with ability to identify issues and create resolution plans
- Excellent communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Highly organized and efficient with ability to handle large volumes of parallel work
- Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for learning and quick skill acquisition
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and willing to get hands dirty on all required tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent
- Strategic thinking capability when analyzing partnership briefs and event data
- Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
- Strong academic background is a plus
