As a Partner Associate, you will manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale events from contract signature through final closing. You will serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (product, engineering, support, legal, sales). Your responsibilities include:
- Owning the entire event delivery process while coordinating across departments to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Acting as the main stakeholder liaison, managing dependencies and task completion across teams
- Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and collaborating with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team and prevent customer issues
- Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked
- Attending on-site events when needed for launches or critical milestones
You will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you balance project management rigor with operational flexibility. The role requires coordinating multiple parallel workstreams, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering results under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background (event industry experience is a plus but not required)
- Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus (note: role title specifies German speaker)
- Degree-qualified with strong academic background preferred
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized mindset
- Proven ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with partners, brands, agencies, and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and create solutions
- Capacity to handle large workloads and parallel work-streams
- Collaborative, hands-on approach; willing to support all required event tasks
- Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for learning and quick skill acquisition
