ApplyBoard is seeking a Partner Acquisition & Activation Officer to drive growth through partnership development and onboarding in the Nepal market. This role is central to expanding ApplyBoard's network of recruitment partners who connect international students with educational institutions.
You will act as a brand ambassador for ApplyBoard, promoting the platform to potential recruitment partners while building deep relationships with local international student agents and agencies. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and recruiting high-potential partners, conducting thorough market research to map the local recruitment landscape, and ensuring seamless onboarding and training for new partners.
Day-to-day activities involve proactive outreach via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to qualify leads and understand partner needs. You'll schedule and conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions, providing training to ensure partners are proficient with the ApplyBoard platform. You'll manage your pipeline using Salesforce CRM, regularly reporting on activities, leads, and progress to your Sales Manager or Director.
Beyond acquisition, you'll drive partner activation by identifying usage gaps, implementing best practices training, and fostering continuous engagement to increase student applications through the platform. You'll combine sales execution with relationship-building to create trust and support partners' recruitment efforts.
