Luna Physical Therapy is seeking a Partner Account Manager to serve as the strategic relationship owner for an assigned geography in the Houston area. Since 2018, Luna has redefined physical therapy with award-winning technology and proven clinical models, operating in 28 states with 25+ nationwide partners.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, physician groups, health systems, and referral partners within your territory. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, developing and executing territory plans to drive referral growth, identifying new partnership opportunities, and expanding existing accounts. Key responsibilities include conducting in-person and virtual provider meetings and educational events, analyzing referral trends and account performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure seamless provider and patient experiences, and serving as the voice of the customer by sharing provider feedback and market insights.
You will support onboarding and adoption of new provider partnerships, maintain accurate CRM records and account plans, and achieve territory goals for referral growth, provider engagement, and account development. This is a hybrid role with expected travel of approximately 50% within your assigned region. REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5+ years of healthcare sales/account management experience, including sales, project management, strategic planning, and implementation of broad initiatives
- OT/PT license and experience preferred
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Valid Driver's License; must provide own vehicle (mileage reimbursement covered)
- Ability to travel within assigned region as needed (approximately 50% of time)
- Proficiency with G Suite and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot)
- Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Must be based in Houston or surrounding area
- Positive, competitive, self-starter with ability to manage a high-growth territory
