Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company that uses advanced AI capabilities to turn data insights into business action. The Partner Account Manager role is central to Celonis' growth strategy, focusing on executing and supporting Go-To-Market activities with cloud partners, Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and AI partners in Japan.
You will be responsible for supporting the execution of GTM plans and managing joint pipelines with cloud and AI partners. Key responsibilities include developing and executing joint Business Plans with partners, maintaining and growing existing partner relationships to support strategic growth, and presenting the value proposition of Celonis partnerships using a consultative sales and business outcome approach. You will organize and execute events with the partner community to drive pipeline and opportunities, and serve as a key point of contact between Celonis and partner teams in Japan.
Additional duties include driving technical and sales enablement of partners by collaborating with internal teams, working with account teams to identify joint opportunities and ensure progress, managing and maintaining joint pipelines in both partner and Celonis CRMs, facilitating marketplace transactions, and supporting the execution of regional Cloud GTM initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant experience in partner management, sales, or business development, ideally with Microsoft, AWS, or their partners. You should have the ability to establish and cultivate impactful relationships within cloud ecosystems, particularly with major hyperscalers like AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, or Oracle. Strong operational execution ability, a consultative selling mindset, technology aptitude, and a team-oriented entrepreneurial approach are essential. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English is required.
