Salary: USD 54,000 - 54,000 / annual

Please Assist Me is seeking a Package Operations Manager to lead daily operations across the Package Department and Resident Operations Department at luxury residential communities in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role managing a team of Package Assistant Managers and Package Assistants. Key Responsibilities: Package Operations Management: Oversee all package room operations within luxury residential buildings, including accurate intake, logging, organization, and delivery processes. Maintain package room cleanliness and efficiency standards, monitor volume trends, resolve resident concerns, and ensure compliance with building policies and safety procedures. Team Leadership & Staff Management: Directly manage and develop Package Assistant Managers and Package Assistants. Create and manage employee schedules to ensure proper coverage. Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members. Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and handle disciplinary action and conflict resolution as needed. Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented work environment. Operational Excellence: Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows. Track operational metrics, staffing performance, and resident satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Maintain inventory and operational supplies. Ensure all team members uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service. Required Qualifications: - Strong leadership and team management experience - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and customer service abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills - Comfortable using operational systems and technology platforms - Flexible schedule availability, including occasional weekends or evenings Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of management or supervisory experience - Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, concierge, or service operations - Experience managing multiple teams or departments Compensation: $54,000 annually.
