Payoneer is seeking an Outsourcing Senior Analyst to join the Enterprise Risk and Resilience team. This role is central to executing the company's outsourcing framework in a heavily regulated financial services environment.
Key responsibilities include conducting ongoing risk assessments of outsourcing providers, monitoring arrangements to identify compliance gaps and risks, and tracking KPIs related to outsourcing performance. You will maintain the Outsourcing register, create governance documentation, and produce reporting that ensures compliance with multiple regulatory frameworks including EBA, CBI, FCA, MAS, and RBI standards.
The role requires deep familiarity with financial services regulation and the ability to work across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure outsourcing arrangements meet both regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. This is an individual contributor role focused on risk management, compliance monitoring, and operational excellence in vendor management.
You should have experience in financial services risk, regulatory compliance, vendor management, or similar operational risk roles. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex regulatory requirements into actionable governance are essential. Experience with outsourcing frameworks, KPI tracking, and documentation management is highly valued.
