The Outsourcing Manager role sits within Revolut's Outsourcing team, which is responsible for managing and overseeing outsourcing risks and third-party arrangements, including regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and exit strategies. This is a Mexico City-based position reporting into the operations and risk management function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing outsourcing and third-party risk activities: onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and continuous vendor monitoring
- Implementing outsourcing and third-party risk management policies and operating models for supply chain and vendor management
- Controlling approvals for outsourcing changes and vendor lifecycle deliverables through internal governance
- Providing guidance to staff on third-party risk management procedures and accountability
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with PRA guidelines on outsourcing arrangements and operational resiliency
- Preparing regular reports to senior management on outsourcing status, risks, compliance, and performance metrics
- Ensuring compliance with local Mexican regulations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, outsourcing, or third-party risk management
- Strong understanding of outsourcing and business resilience regulations in retail financial services
- Proven ability to develop service management frameworks and conduct ongoing risk assessments
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Nice-to-have qualifications include risk management certifications, executive/board-level interaction experience, established industry stakeholder relationships, and financial services background.
