Salary: USD 75,000 - 75,000 / annual
WelbeHealth is seeking an Outreach Specialist to join the Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team. This role is central to enrollment success and focuses on building relationships within the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into WelbeHealth's PACE program—a model of care that allows vulnerable seniors to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.
Unlike traditional sales roles, this position emphasizes mission-driven work without high-pressure sales tactics. You will connect seniors and caregivers with life-changing care through genuine, ongoing relationships rather than transactional interactions. The role prioritizes community engagement over cold-calling, with activities centered at local events, senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community-based organizations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and initiating outreach and engagement activities in communities
- Identifying collaboration opportunities with community organizations to generate qualified leads
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with community leaders and partners
- Developing and implementing monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment metric goals in partnership with the MOE Director
- Providing education about WelbeHealth's services to community referral sources

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration (preferred)
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting (preferred; within service area preferred; outside sales experience preferred)
- DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative required within 30 days of hire
- Technology experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Athena, or similar systems
- COVID-19 vaccination required prior to employment
