Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect Manager to lead a team in Tokyo driving customer adoption, value realization, and expansion in an AI-native workspace. You'll manage a team of Outcomes Architects (OAs) responsible for workflow adoption, mutual success planning, executive business reviews, renewal readiness, and at-risk account recovery. This is a coaching-first leadership role where you'll develop your team's capabilities in customer discovery, workflow design, and value realization while owning Net Revenue Growth performance for your team's book of business. Key responsibilities include: running inspection cadences and coaching rituals to ensure consistent execution; hiring, onboarding, and certifying OAs to the GTM builder motion; partnering with Solutions Consultant leaders, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps on customer outcomes; coaching OAs on AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, and renewal processes; managing performance with clarity and developing talent from onboarding through consistent execution; representing your team in leadership forums with clear signal on execution and investment needs; and setting standards for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team. You'll need frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software (Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or Account Management). Strong coaching orientation is essential—you can review customer calls, account plans, and mutual success plans to identify specific improvements. You should have commercial instincts at the team level, deep customer-facing discovery skills, experience in shared account ownership models, operational rigor in building inspection cadences and accountability systems, and executive communication skills. Technical fluency with Notion systems and workflow design is required; you don't need to build every workflow yourself but should understand systems and help troubleshoot adoption blockers. You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems.
