DataCamp is seeking a Learning Solutions Architect to serve as a customer-facing technical trainer helping organizations build data and AI capabilities. The role combines live training delivery (virtual and onsite) with custom content creation on the DataCamp platform, including courses, projects, certifications, and assessments tailored to each customer's specific roles, tools, and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Content teams to scope blended learning paths, deliver high-impact training sessions, and publish reusable, high-quality content that drives adoption and measurable skill uplift for high-value customers. You'll work with diverse audiences—from data analysts and engineers to business users and executives—adapting complex technical topics for different personas and skill levels.
The role requires 2+ years of experience in technical training, data science/analytics education, solutions engineering, or similar instructor roles. You should have broad technical knowledge across AI, Python, SQL, R, and business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau, with familiarity in Databricks or Snowflake a plus. Strong communication skills, the ability to learn new tools quickly, and comfort with flexible scheduling (including occasional onsite travel) are essential.
Success is measured by customer satisfaction (surveys, engagement, repeat bookings) and professional services revenue, with a portion of compensation tied to revenue outcomes. DataCamp offers competitive salary, equity, flexible working hours, continuous learning budgets, global team retreats, and yearly IT equipment refresh budgets.
